Berry Smoothies
Enjoy the season's late berries by whizzing them into a glorious refreshing rose-pink nutritious drink. If fresh berries are not available, you can use frozen.
Serves 4-6
2 x 170 g punnets fresh raspberries
170 g punnet fresh loganberries or redcurrants, de-stemmed
200 g fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
250 g low-fat natural live yoghurt
250 ml fresh orange juice or orange-mango juice
8 ice cubes
Combine all the ingredients except for the ice in a food processor. Whizz continuously for 2 minutes until a dense pink drink forms. Add the ice and whizz briefly again. Serve in tumblers or goblets.
