New-look toile, luxurious velvet and a stunning collection of ribbons were among the winners of the 2003 Homes & Gardens Fabric Awards.
The judges were Isobel Mackenzie-Price, former Editor of Homes & Gardens; Giles Kime, then Associate Editor; Jo Carmichael, then Decorating Editor and Celia Rufey, Contributing Editor.
