Chinoiserie is the latest range of tableware to have come from the extremely successful partnership between the fashion designer, Jasper Conran, and Wedgwood. The range, available with a background of white or green, as shown, is one of the most complex patterns that Wedgwood has produced in recent years yet, despite its distinctive look and vibrant colours, it is perfectly in keeping with the new fashion for mixing styles. It is also faithful to the spirit of Wedgwood's enviable heritage as a producer of classic English china.

This is the second time that Conran has been recognised by the awards; in the Classic Design Awards 2003 his Bar range for Stuart Crystal was chose by HRH, the Prince of Wales, for The Prince's Medal.
