The recipes in the August issue of Homes & Gardens are taken from Flavours of Provence, a new book written by our Contributing Food Editor, Clare Ferguson.
Clare shot the book with photographer Peter Cassidy on location in the South of France where she was inspired by the local produce, the markets, the people, the sunshine and of course some amazing restaurants and cafés.
It is a wonderful book, full of Clare's inimitable energy and passion, and with a vitality of the colour and flavours that jumps off every page. We had such a tough time choosing which recipes to feature as they all looked so good.
