Does DWR offer free shipping?
No. Design Within Reach does not offer everyday free shipping. Because most of their catalog consists of large, fragile, or heavy furniture, shipping fees are typically calculated at checkout.
What is the DWR return policy?
DWR accepts returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in like-new condition and with the original packaging. Most returns have a 10% restocking fee deducted from your refund, and shipping charges are never refunded.
What is Threshold and In-Home delivery?
Because high-end furniture is heavy and fragile, standard shipping rarely applies. DWR uses freight delivery.
Threshold Delivery: This means your order is brought just inside your front door or into your building's lobby. You are responsible for moving it into the correct room and unpacking it.
In-Home Delivery: The delivery team brings the furniture to your room of choice, unboxes it, assembles it, and removes all the packaging materials for you. This is also known as white-glove delivery.
