What is the Hotel Collection return policy?
Hotel Collection offers 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items. All diffusers, oils and candles must be completely unused and be returned in original packaging. You will however, have to pay the return shipping costs.
Are the scents safe for pets and children?
Yes! Because the cold-air diffusers do not use heat, flames, or water, there is no risk of burning or mould. Also, the dry mist technology breaks the oils down into microscopic particles that do not leave residue on pet beds, floors, or children's toys.
Is there a warranty on the diffusers?
Hotel Collection diffusers generally come with a 90-day limited warranty covering only manufacturing defects. If the machine stops working due to a defect within that time, they will repair or replace it.
