Can I get free shipping?
Sadly no. Pit Boss does not offer standard free shipping on everything when you reach a threshold. Because grills are very heavy, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and the distance. Pit Boss also only offers standard ground shipping and only ships to the 48 contiguous United States.
What is the Pit Boss return policy?
Pit Boss offers 60 days from the date of purchase to return your order. Items must be completely unused and still in their original packaging. Once Pit Boss receive and inspects it, you will get a refund within 10 business days.
Do I have to do anything before I use my pellet grill for the first time?
Yes! Pit Boss requires you to do a burn-off before you cook any food on a brand-new pellet grill, which burns away any manufacturing oils left on the metal. To do this, you load the hopper with pellets, start the grill on the smoke setting, and then turn it up to 350°F or higher for 30 to 40 minutes.
