Jaclyn Turner

Jaclyn is H&G's eCommerce editor and oversees all things shopping. She's also a bonafide sleep expert, and previously managed all sleep content on Homes & Gardens and Real Homes– in fact, she has passed our five-step certification process to become a verified customer advisor on mattresses. She regularly scouts out the best of the best for buying guides to help you fill your home with only the highest quality products.  She could likely talk your ear off about the products that stand out to her. She also very much enjoys sleeping, and can't stress enough about the importance of getting eight hours of shut-eye and having the comfiest bedding to assist. 

She joined the team in January 2021. 

Jaclyn has previously worked with sites like Apartment Therapy, The Kitchn, The Spruce, The Spruce Eats, and MyDomaine, but got her start in the world of home at the trade mag Home Furnishings News, which fueled her excitement for innovation in the home category and seeing the newest launches.  Jaclyn attended the University of Maryland with dual degrees in journalism and American Studies. Jaclyn currently lives in her hometown of Atlanta but has also lived in New York City, Barcelona, and outside Washington, D.C. When Jaclyn's not working, she loves long strolls through HomeGoods, browsing real estate listings, trying new restaurants, unwinding with a chilled glass of Rosé, and obsessing over her Cavapoo, Reese.
