The 20 Chicest Home Decor Finds Hiding at Macy's – Handpicked by a Style Editor With Expensive Taste Who Loves a Bargain

This style snob is easing into autumn with up to 60% off Nambé, Le Creuset Dutch ovens, and Egyptian cotton sheets

I’ll say it: I like nice things. I always have. It’s a fact I (and my poor mother) discovered at Macy’s, where, long before I could read a price tag, I’d unfailingly reach for the most expensive shoe. Some things never change. Fancy is still my favorite, and so is Macy's. The only difference is that these days, I’m shopping the home department instead.

Which brings me to Macy’s Big Home Event, where bedding, kitchenware, furniture, mattresses, and more are up to 60% off through August 12. I might not be shopping for a back-to-school wardrobe anymore, but I am shopping for my apartment’s fall facelift: a Nambé mid-century-meets-equestrian ice bucket to chill bubbly, 500-thread-count Egyptian cotton sheets, a Le Creuset Dutch oven in the Riviera colorway my collection is still missing, and a ruched amber velvet ottoman that just so happens to match the hobo bag I bought last week.

Good taste isn’t usually this cheap. As a style snob, these are the 20 Macy’s home deals I’d buy before the sale ends.
