I've always thought grow lights were ugly, but these 9 make for chic décor and encourage healthy houseplant growth – plus they're all hugely discounted on Amazon, but not for long
These grow lights transform houseplants into living art without compromising on your interior style

If you're a houseplant collector like me, you've likely heard it time and time again that grow lights are an essential piece of kit to have in your toolbox. This is true, especially as the darker fall and winter days roll around and your houseplants yearn for as much light as they can get.
However, I've always been a little put off by grow lights for houseplants because they look extremely scientific and, quite frankly, ugly. It can turn your living room into a bit of a botany laboratory, rather than a calming indoor jungle. That's why I'm pleased to share my greatest discovery in the Amazon Prime Big Deal Days sales so far – beautiful grow lights.
From those disguised as stylish floor lamps to subtle strips that sit beneath shelves, these grow lights are chic, complement many interior aesthetics, and they still get the job done, supporting plant growth with a full-spectrum range. Here, I've pulled out nine of the most beautiful grow lights in the sale – and these deals won't last long, so it's worth jumping on now.
9 beautiful grow lights
You can use grow lights throughout the year if you struggle to get lots of natural light in your home. But, fall and winter are the most beneficial times to use grow lights, even if you do have bright windows. This is because the days become shorter and your plants aren't receiving so much daylight exposure, hindering their ability to perform essential plant processes.
With the below beautiful grow lights, you can style your houseplants however you like, wherever you like, without compromising on aesthetics. These grow lights just seamlessly blend in with carefully curated interiors.
This is perhaps my favorite type of grow light I have stumbled across. Integrated in an indoor plant stand, these grow lights are attached to the bottom of shelves, shining down on displayed houseplants. It creates an attractive piece of furniture in the evening when the lights are on and encourages healthy plant growth with three spectrum settings.
You would never know this is a grow light for houseplants, as it's disguised as a pretty, floral-shaped floor lamp. With three lights pointing in different directions, it can support a large number of houseplants. It provides full-spectrum light, mimicking sunlight and aiding plant processes like photosynthesis.
For a ceiling light option, this overhead hanging grow light has a modern design with a wooden neck and white shade (also available in black). You simply plug it in, hang it from the ceiling, and use the control to adjust the timer. It gives off a warm glow, acting as a cozy evening light.
For a subtle option, use these ultra-thin grow light panels, which can be attached to the bottom of shelves you already own. This way, you can incorporate this tool into your plant care kit without disrupting the look of the furniture in your home. The strips are adhesive to attach to shelves, and the lights are dimmable to adjust to your plant's needs.
This is one of the least obtrusive classic grow lights I have seen. By sitting in your houseplant's pot (inserted with a pointed edge), it almost turns your houseplant into a living lamp. Plus, the wooden detail on the ring light is timeless. The light is full spectrum and has a timer function.
Set up a mini garden with this bamboo grow light. With a wooden base to place multiple small plants on and a wooden ring light overhead, this grow light looks sophisticated sitting on a table. It has an automatic timer to switch on and off, and the pole is adjustable for different height plants.
These beautiful grow lights are sure to level up your houseplant game and indoor garden. Just make sure to read up on grow light mistakes to ensure you use them correctly and don't hinder your houseplant's health.
