It's layered and lived-in, but styled with luxurious flair. It's vintage-inspired and charming, but refined and fresh. It's called 'Hollywood Cottage', and it's the design aesthetic that Shea McGee thinks will prevail in 2026.

In a recent YouTube video, the designer presented her favorite interior design trends for the year ahead – which include silver accents, blue and white details, and vintage-inspired florals – and she explained that when all of these trends are brought together, they 'evoke a definite mood'. That mood is what Shea calls 'Hollywood Cottage'.

Hollywood Cottage connects the lived-in charm of the cottagecore trend with the luxurious glamour of Hollywood-inspired interiors.
