My Home Bar is in Desperate Need of an Upgrade, and Caraway's New Bar Set Has Landed at the Perfect Time for Hosting Season – it's Stylish, Non-Toxic, and Comes With a Free Gift if You're One of the First to Buy
Robust, free of forever-chemicals, and yet effortlessly display-worthy, Caraway's new Complete Bar Set is about to transform my home-made cocktails

When I moved into my city apartment, I knew I'd have to maximize every square inch of space – but I was determined to make enough room for a bar cart. I can't resist chic home bar ideas that display all my favorite glassware (and drinks); I've just been missing a set of tools to make my setup truly functional. Cue Caraway's brand new Complete Bar Set, which could be the answer to all my mixology struggles this hosting season, and launches today.
There are plenty of bar tool sets on the market, but my interest will always be piqued by the Caraway brand thanks to its sleek, chemical-free kitchenware (our kitchen appliances and cookware editor recently reviewed the Caraway saute pan and gave it four-and-a-half stars). This is a first foray into barware for the brand, so I'm intrigued. What's more, the first 250 shoppers to buy it will receive a free gift. If I'm really going to perfect my home bar setup, this new Caraway set feels like a good place to start.
True to its name, Caraway's Complete Bar Set offers everything you need to make premium drinks at home. There's a cocktail shaker, of course, alongside a strainer, bar spoon, muddler and jigger – and every tool is crafted from rust-resistant, professional-grade 304 stainless steel.
While I love making use of my own home bar, I wouldn't say I'm adventurous with my cocktail-making techniques. With a set like this one, however, I can measure, mix and pour with the confidence of an expert, safe in the knowledge that my bar cart is stocked with all the essentials – take the wine key for example, which is a vital piece of kit that I always seem to misplace.
Some of the pieces from Caraway's Complete Bar Set
Premium, non-toxic pieces like these are often an investment, but I'm keen to switch out my plastic tools for more durable (and sustainable) counterparts. The pieces in Caraway's Complete Bar Set are dishwasher-safe, too, so I won't dread the clean-up once the night is over.
And yet (if there's one thing I learned from Shea McGee's tips on styling a home bar), these spaces need to work hard and look elegant, simultaneously. Sleek tools certainly look professional, but fortunately, Caraway's Complete Bar Set also features a birch wood base and a display organizer, which is available in a variety of Pantone shades from Navy to Lemon Drop and Manhattan Red to suit your style. It looks like my bar cart is finally getting the upgrade it deserves this season – and I know my guests will thank me when they taste my creations, too.

Stock up on bar tools with this 9-piece set, which is complete with an elegant ice bucket and matching tray. The hammered metal finish will add plenty of visual interest to your home bar.
Every at-home mixologist needs a reliable peeler to help craft their garnishes with expert precision. Caraway's is made from non-toxic stainless steel and features an ergonomic handle with a swivel blade.
If you don't fancy upgrading your entire setup, a carefully-chosen cocktail shaker can make all the difference. This one boasts a vintage-style look thanks to its hand-cut crystal base.
There's something timeless about the brushed gold finish of this bar set, and I love the handsome stand.
Featuring a delicate floral print and a pop of gold, this ice bucket is the perfect finishing touch to any bar setup – your guests will be swooning.
I might be set on Caraway's Complete Bar Set, but I'd be lying if I set these MacKenzie-Childs haven't caught my eye; I just can't resist a classic checkerboard print.
