Homes & Gardens and Martin Moore present The Tastemakers Series, a programme of virtual masterclasses that gives you a chance to watch and learn from the experts


This spring we are hosting The Tastemakers Series, a programme of six webinars developed in partnership with Martin Moore. These virtual masterclasses are an opportunity for you to watch and learn from some amazing experts.
Hosted by Homes & Gardens's editorial director Sarah Spiteri, each session is designed to be really informative and interactive, so we hope you pick up lots of tips and tricks. What is more, the tastemakers will be on hand during the broadcast, answering questions via the chat function, so you can direct your individual queries to them.
The Martin Moore team will also be online during the webinar, in case you want to ask about the stunning kitchens in which the classes are taking place. A week before the session all the information of the materials you’ll need will be available in the event hub, so that you can join in if you wish. If you can’t attend at the broadcast time, the session will be available on demand, also on the event hub.

The Tastemakers Series Part 1: Create a stylish table centerpiece with celebrity florist Simon Lycett, Thursday 18 March, 6pm
This lively session sees the utterly fabulous Simon Lycett show Sarah Spiteri how to create a beautiful table centerpiece using stunning fresh materials. He shares tales from New Covent Garden flower market, insight into which blooms and foliage work best and ways to add a little twinkle. It’s sure to offer you a mixture of delight and discovery.
The Tastemakers Series Part 2: Discover design secrets from interior designer and architect Guy Goodfellow, Thursday 25 March, 6pm
Esteemed expert Guy Goodfellow delves into the nitty gritty of interior design and shares his trade secrets, from kitchen styling to working with colour and pattern. The informative Q&A will cover all the major topics, plus Guy and Sarah will be live on the chat function during the session, so you can ask them any individual questions directly.

The Tastemakers Series Part 3: Cook an Easter menu with The Ledbury’s chef patron Brett Graham, Thursday 1st April, 6pm
Fancy picking up some tips from one of London’s best-known Michelin-starred chefs? The Ledbury's Brett Graham creates a delicious menu, offering insight into how to bring fine dining into the family kitchen. All the recipes will be available before the session, so that you can follow along while Brett cooks up his storm.
The Tastemakers Series Part 4: Learn expert tricks and potting tips from garden designer Stephen Woodhams, Thursday 8th April, 6pm

The Tastemakers Series Part 5: Arrange a fabulous floral display with celebrity florist Simon Lycett, Thursday 15th April, 6pm
Amazing character Simon Lycett returns for a second masterclass, this time creating a statement colourful arrangement, all the while sharing sensational advice and ideas to inspire. He tells us which materials to use and how to get started, covers spring favourites and gives expert insider info.
The Tastemakers Series Part 6: Whip up an Italian-style feast with Da Terra’s executive chef Rafael Cagali
Da Terra's chef Rafael Cagali demonstrates how to create his favorite dish, aubergine parmigiana. Demystifying Michelin-starred dining (Rafael got his second star this year) and opening up his chef’s notebook, Rafael takes us on a culinary journey around the world, from Brazil where he grew up to Spain and Italy, to London. The recipe will be available before the session, so you can cook along.
