Stanley Tucci is synonymous with Italian cooking and style, and we've long been fans of his cookware collaborations with Greenpan. From ceramic non-stick pans to stainless steel cookware, and specialist pans for lasagna and crepes to Dutch ovens, his collection spans a wide breadth of cookery needs. But it's his latest launch that's got us really excited – a pizza oven that works both indoors and out.
If, like me, you've always coveted one of the best pizza ovens, you may have found it hard to choose between an indoor pizza oven vs an outdoor pizza oven. While Gozney vs Ooni are the most hotly debated outdoor brands, offering gas and wood-fired options for that beautiful charred base and smoky flavor in a matter of minutes, I've always felt that I'd miss out on my Italian pizza cravings during these winter months, when it's too cold to stand over a pizza oven whipping up individual pies for each family member.

What's more, unlike other pizza oven brands we've tested, this one comes with accessories, inlcuding a sleek, Champagne-handled pizza peel and a water-resistant cover for storage.
I also love the range of Italian-inspired color options – far more interesting than the usual black, white or silver – including Marino Blue, Tuscan Olive and Amalfi Sunset, as well as Carrara White and Stainless Steel, while the sleek retro silhouette and brushed brass and stainless steel accents lend a nod to Tucci's passion for Italian cars.
Stanley Tucci x GreenPan's Indoor Outdoor Pizza Oven has some other clever features that we like the sound of, too. There's a clever stopper inside the oven, which prevents your pizza from sliding too far back and getting stuck or making a mess of your oven – definitely a bonus if you have butter fingers in the kitchen like me. Meanwhile, the rack on which the pizza sits slides out seamlessly as you open the oven door to prevent you from having to reach inside too far, especially as it's smaller than a regular oven and could be a little awkward to get into otherwise. That said, it can fit a 13" pizza, so it's substantial enough for a family.
Added to that, you'll find a top and bottom boost function, for temperatures up to 850F, so that you can make sure your pizza is perfectly crisp on the base with that beautiful pizza-oven char on top. And, something I've not seen in a pizza oven before, is a rotating pizza stone which will also help to ensure that your pie cooks evenly. If you want to make extra sure your pizza is exactly how you like it, the interior light will mean you can keep tabs as it's cooking, so you can whip it out at the precise moment.
Finally, when you're all done, clean-up looks super easy – just wipe around it with a damp cloth and use a metal spatula or scraper to remove any cooked-on ingredients from the pizza stone. Almost as easy as a takeout.
