I love having a dedicated work station for the garden. A potting bench can allow you to make a moment of tending to plants, sowing seeds, and even writing down plans for next year – it's the ultimate foundation for romanticizing daily garden tasks.

But it's no surprise it's one of the more expensive potting accessories to get your hands on. So in the Amazon Prime Big Deal Days sale, a potting bench was one of the first things I looked for – that's how I found this gorgeous Amazon wooden potting bench, currently discounted to $93.49. Its acacia wood finish is so beautiful and warm that I'd happily set it up indoors for a place to repot my houseplants mess-free.

The fact it's slim makes it perfect for balcony gardeners, too. Ultimately, whatever space you have, this potting bench is a good option for a work bench that also has plenty of storage to keep all your tools organized. It's rare to find a potting bench of this quality for less than $100 (in fact, they're usually upwards of $150), so now is the time to get your hands on it while the sale lasts.

Good Enough for Interiors

This Amazon wooden potting bench is super versatile. It's weatherproof for outdoor use, but also has a gorgeous acacia wood finish good enough for styling indoors.

Place it in a mud room, kitchen, or conservatory to create a dedicated space to tend to indoor plants, sow seeds indoors, or refresh window boxes if you don't have a yard.

I would even style houseplants on the top shelf, for example with this pothos from Costa Farms on Amazon cascading downwards.

With some storage boxes (these wicker ones from IKEA would look lovely with the wood), you can create neat storage for tools, potting mix, and spare plant pots organized on the shelves.

It even has a basin inert to keep potting mix contained and keep your floor mess-free.

Likewise, you could place this potting bench on a balcony to give yourself more room for a container garden or outdoor seating. There are even side hooks to hang up your essential gardening tools.

Whether outdoors or indoors, the potting bench also has non-slip feet, which reassures me it won't damage my floor or scratch patio slabs, and likewise won't move in strong wind, potentially damaging pots and tools stored on it.

What to Shop

There's no doubt this potting bench would make the endless tasks on the fall gardening checklist more enjoyable. You could even stock up on your seed sowing kit now to store here before spring.
