I can't get enough of Joss and Main's curated dinner party picks – here's what I'll be buying for my next summer gathering
One of my favorite brands, Joss & Main, has collaborated with Pinterest, and its summer tableware collection is hitting all the key trends this summer

I've long been a fan of Joss & Main summer tableware, and the brand's effortlessly chic, yet laid-back aesthetic, so when I heard about its collaboration with Pinterest on the social platform's much-anticipated Summer Trend Report I was eager to see what would catch my eye for my summer table decor ideas.
Joss & Main's curated dinner party picks have been selected based on key summer trends, which have been identified by Pinterest, with the help of hosting influencers and experts, Isabelle Heikens, Jessica Bui and Akilah Releford-Gould.
Book clubs and garden parties; dill green and boho style; and garden-to-table cooking were three of the core trends in Pinterest's report, and I'm so into the eclectic vibe, natural materials and subtle hues that they bring – not least because these trends are so easy to style with pieces you already own.
Here are my favorite picks from the Joss & Main x Pinterest collection, which lean into these easy summer hosting trends – and, what's more, most of them are on sale, so hurry if you want to upgrade your summer tableware with these versatile pieces.
Tapping into the dill green trend and gingham, you simply can't go wrong with these gorgeous quilted place mats. They're hand washable to cope with light spills and will look perfect if you're going for that farmhouse kitchen look. Just add haybales.
With a subtle purple hue and a green glass swirl detail on the stem, giving a vintage twist, these all-purpose wine glasses are sturdy enough for outdoors but elegant enough for your best summer dinner parties.
Looking for a summer table centerpiece? This is it. Pile it up with citrus fruits for a Mediterranean look, fill with water and drop flower heads and floating candles in it for a magical effect, or serve up your favorite ice cream recipes in it, so that everyone can dig in.
Available in two heights and three colorways (green, pink and amber), these vintage style glass candlesticks are ideal for long table setting ideas and will create the most magical glow for alfresco summer evenings.
Bold stripes in neutral hues give these serving platter (order as a pair) a rustic yet on-trend feel and will look beautiful covered in fresh sliced seasonal fruits, figs or even our impressive crab plattert to make an event out of summer entertaining.
In matte marbled resin, these tactile salad servers give off French country kitchen vibes and are an interesting alternative to the usual wooden versions. Use them to serve up all of your loveliest summer salads.
From the ED Ellen DeGeneres x Canvas Home collaboration these dinner plates embrace Ellen's warmth, style and passion for hosting. They're inspired by her Montecito garden and the colors of a Californian spring.
In a delicate green and white ticking stripe, these napkins lean into country garden and heirloom style. They come in 7 different shades – muted brights from tomato red to mustard yellow so you can mix and match or co-ordinate your scheme.
With dinner plates, salad plates, soup and cereal bowls for four people this set of speckled dinnerware is a hosting essential, with a subtle speckled effect for a rustic twist. Plus they're dishwasher safe which is a big win in my book.
Whatever hosting you have planned, these classic pieces with a trend-led twist, will elevate your summer garden party decor ideas and stand you in good stead for the season and beyond.
Looking for a menu to match? Try our alfresco lunch menu, which features seasonal sharing dishes and a zesty lemongrass lemonade.
