The former home of the actress and model Katherine Heigl, located at 2226 North Berendo Street, is currently listed for rent for $18,000 per month.
The Colonial structure, which is situated in the creative, palm-tree kissed district of Los Feliz, has four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a grand chef's kitchen – complete with a spacious pantry and two islands.

Among the notable features in this maze of ocean-blue interiors is the walk-in closet, which you can fill with the latest seasons of Rodeo Drive, and a library to escape the hustle of the Hollywood hills.
Take the tour below.
The exterior of the home is no less impressive, as the grounds include a spa, swimming pool, and the property's most admired asset – a stylish verandah, where homeowners can nap among the glamorous haze of the City of Angels.
Future renters must also do the verandah justice by holding a house-warming party as the moon appears over this star-studded neighborhood.

Speaking of this neighborhood – Los Feliz, is almost as stylish as the property, as it is just a stone's throw away from Griffith Observatory, Barnsdall Art Park, and Thai town, which is perfect for when those late-night hunger pangs kick in.
The property is currently listed with Sotheby's International Realty, who describe it as a house where 'Character aligns with comfort,' after further emphasizing the 'lush landscapes' that stretch across the grounds of this fashionable home.
