The property, owned by Los Angeles part-owner Robert (Bobby) Patton Jr, is located in ultra-exclusive Laughlin Park. Once home to film legends such as Charlie Chaplin and Cecil B. DeMille, the Laughlin Park enclave is still a celebrity favorite, with notable neighbors such as Angelina Jolie, Kristen Stewart, Natalie Portman, and Kristen Bell & Dax Shepard.

Built in 1920, the estate was home to famed comedian W.C. Fields (approx. 1940-1946), and has had numerous notable owners throughout the years.
Spanning over 8,000 square feet, the home features four bedrooms and five bathrooms with Italianate architecture, influenced by the Beaux-Arts movement.

William Claude Dukenfield, aka W.C. Fields, was an American comedian, actor, juggler and writer. He started his career as a silent juggler at Vaudeville, and later starred in 13 films for Paramount Pictures

Bobby Patton is a partner of Guggenheim Baseball Management and became part owner of the Los Angeles Dodgers on April 30, 2012. Patton principally operates oil and gas properties in Texas and Kansas and has additional investments in many other sectors, including ranching and insurance.
