1. Get the drinks in
What's a party without delicious drinks? From fruity mocktails to ice cold beers, if you're planning on hosting a big gathering with friends and family, you not only need to consider your drinks menu (or, of course, tell people to BYO), but you will also need to have all of the important accessories to hand.
From bottle openers to buckets, coolers and plenty of ice, having all of these items prepared will only make things easier for you and your guests – no one wants to be running around trying to find find a bottle opener in the middle of a play.
