After using the bundle myself for some months now, I can confirm this to be accurate. I would add that some of the shoppers say the air-tight lids can be a little tricky to get off, and as someone with reduced grip strength, I have also found this to be true.
The trick, I have learned, is to place it flat on the countertop and pull up, but not with increasing force. Just pull upwards and wait a few seconds, and the lid will suddenly release.
I have also used these in the oven and microwave (without the lids as instructed), and dishwasher (both elements) with no issue. But I do only use silicone food utensils, available at Amazon, on my set to avoid the ceramic coating being scratched by the metal over time.
