The country may be looking to Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara this weekend, but for the halftime show performer, Bad Bunny, home is thousands of miles away in his beloved Puerto Rico.
The musician (named Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio), who grew up in Vega Baja, a rural area outside San Juan, has grown into one of the most influential artists of the decade, and, with his success, comes the keys to some of the world's best homes. From a modern mansion above West Hollywood's Sunset Strip to a primary residence in the Puerto Rican capital, his influence is vast.
Here, we take a look at Benito’s most notable properties, starting with the Caribbean island that's so influential in his music and his legacy.
1. San Juan Mansion
During lockdown, the global superstar found solace in a million-dollar San Juan mansion, a hidden oasis he largely kept to himself, sharing only occasional glimpses of the sunlit interiors on Instagram Live.
Downtown San Juan, Puerto Rico
Bad Bunny's love for Puerto Rico is a key theme of his music, but he's also opened up about his favorite corners of the island to interviewers.
Whenever he returns, his first stop is often a simple coastal meal: a cold beer paired with local dishes like mofongo or octopus ceviche, savored at his favorite seaside restaurants. Despite building a global real estate portfolio, his heart remains on the island. ‘I’ve traveled the world, but Puerto Rico is still my favorite place,’ he told Condé Nast Traveler.
Glimpses inside the mansion are incredibly rare, but when they do appear, they reveal a space that blends modern luxury with the relaxed, sun-soaked aesthetic of his homeland.

2. West Chelsea Penthouse
In 2023, Bad Bunny rented a luxe penthouse in Manhattan for a record-breaking $150,000 a month (one of the most expensive rentals in the city).
Once listed for $18.5 million, it perfectly matched Benito’s design tastes: expansive ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows framing the city views, and a private 32-foot lap pool.
The interior covered 4,552 square feet, complemented by 4,593 square feet of outdoor space, including a rooftop terrace with landscaping and an outdoor kitchen overlooking the Hudson River.
Other highlights inside included a sun-filled eat-in kitchen with terrazzo floors and wood accents, a soothing neutral living room, and a library with a spiral staircase that ascends to the rooftop terrace. The property later appeared on Netflix’s Owning Manhattan and reportedly sold in May 2024 for $15 million.

This sofa blends modern design with comfort and functionality. Its sleek silhouette and plush cushions make it a stylish centerpiece for lounging, entertaining, or simply unwinding in a neutral space, just like Benito's.
Sink into cloud-like comfort with this boneless sofa, crafted from high-density foam for everyday lounging. Its generous height and gently curved armrests provide natural support, making it perfect for movie nights or relaxing at home.
You don't need to invest in a sofa to get Bad Bunny's living room look. Add a serene, sophisticated touch to your space with this textured cream pillow. Delicate fringed edges bring subtle depth and visual interest to a sofa or accent chair.
This microfiber blanket combines style and comfort, with a plush long-hair surface and a soft mink fleece underside. Expertly stitched, it adds a cozy, textural layer to any living room.
Perfect for any coffee table, this natural bowl is both sturdy and stylish, perfect for decor or everyday storage. Its modern rustic look makes it a versatile piece, ideal for adding a touch of the Spanish revival trend to any kind of living room.
Crafted from ceramic earthenware, this vase features a glazed finish and is ideal for modern, minimalist interiors. It's perfectly inspired by the black vase seen on Bad Bunny's table.
3. Hollywood Hills Home
The same year he started renting his Chelsea apartment, Bad Bunny invested $8.8 million in a Hollywood Hills estate perched above the Sunset Strip.
Originally built in 2005, the five-bedroom home was thoughtfully renovated, with fresh white walls and expansive floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the open-plan interiors with sunlight.
Designed for entertaining, the house features a sunken living room with a wet bar and a chef’s eat-in kitchen, equipped with a large kitchen island and sliding doors that blur the line between indoors and out.
The primary suite includes a private balcony, an en suite bathroom with a rain shower and soaking tub, and a sprawling walk-in closet with its own lounge. Outside, the estate impresses with a fully equipped BBQ kitchen and an infinity pool complete with an inset spa, perfect for soaking in the Los Angeles skyline.
4. Mid-Century Bird Streets Residence
In early 2024, Bad Bunny purchased Ariana Grande’s Bird Streets home in an off-market transaction for $8.3 million.
The single-story residence, in the celebrity-favored neighborhood, spans just under 1,600 square feet and sits across three hillside lots totaling 0.74 acres, featuring a two-car garage and a distinctive angular pool.
Built in 1946, the house offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms, making it noticeably smaller than Bad Bunny’s other Los Angeles estate. It does, however, uphold a mid-century modern aesthetic, making it one of the most charming additions to his portfolio.
From Manhattan penthouses to Hollywood Hills estates, Bad Bunny’s homes showcase his success, while his heart remains in Puerto Rico. No matter how far he travels, the island’s rhythms, flavors, and landscapes continue to shape the man and the music that captivate audiences worldwide.
