How much does shipping cost at Solo Stove?
Solo Stove offers free standard shipping on all orders over $199 within the 48 contiguous United States. If your order total is under $199, a shipping fee will be calculated at checkout based on your items.
If you live in Alaska or Hawaii, sadly, free shipping does not apply.
Does Solo Stove offer a warranty?
Yes, all Solo Stove fire pits and stainless steel products are backed by a Lifetime Warranty, which protects your order against any manufacturing or material defects.
However, the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, rust, or the natural cosmetic discoloration that happens when stainless steel is exposed to extreme heat.
Can I leave my Solo Stove outside?
Solo Stove products are made from premium 304 stainless steel, making them highly durable and naturally corrosion-resistant.
However, you should not leave your fire pit completely exposed to the elements. Rainwater, snow, and debris that collect inside the burn chamber can ruin your next fire and cause wear that isn't covered by the warranty.
If you plan to store your fire pit on your patio year-round, you can, as long as you cover it with a heavy-duty weather shelter or place a Solo Stove Lid on top once the pit has completely cooled.
Can a Solo Stove go on wood deck?
Yes, you can use a Solo Stove on a wood deck, but only if you use the proper accessories to prevent fires, such as the Fire Pit Stand, which Solo Stove said is required for use on wood, composite or PVC.
Because Solo Stoves can reach temperatures of over 1,000°F, placing the fire pit directly onto a wooden or composite deck will absolutely scorch, warp, or ignite the material.
What is the Solo Stove return policy?
Solo Stove has a 30-day return window. Your order must be unused, unassembled, and returned in its original packaging.
Consumables such as wood, pellets, color packs, and fire starters cannot be returned.
