HexClad Just Launched Its First Bakeware Collection – And I’m Already Rethinking My Baking Cabinet
I want it all
I’ve been baking for more than 15 years, and I’m fiercely loyal to my bakeware. Once I find something that works, I tend to stick with it until it finally gives up the ghost.
That was, at least, until HexClad launched its first-ever Bakeware Set. As a longtime HexClad cookware loyalist, I’m intrigued by the idea of bringing the brand’s signature non-toxic, non-stick technology to cake tins and other baking essentials, and just in time for fall baking season, too.
The collection reimagines HexClad’s TerraBond ceramic non-stick coating, used across its best non-toxic cookware, specifically for delicate baked goods. Add in a lifetime warranty, and I’m more than a little tempted to rethink my baking cabinet. I can’t wait to get my hands on the collection and put it through its paces this fall.
I have spent hours trawling for the most beautiful bakeware finds for fall, but none have me as excited as the new HexClad Bakeware. It might sound silly to be so excited about some baking tins, but HexClad makes some of the best cookware on the market.
Backed by Gordon Ramsey, the mix of ceramic non-stick with a fine lattice of stainless steel makes for a near-indestructible pan that sears wonderfully, heats evenly, and is easy to clean up afterwards. I don't use anything else in my kitchen.
The bakeware reimagines this fabulous coating with baking in mind. Sweet treats should lift effortlessly away from the surface without sticking or tearing, while the etched surface allows air to circulate beneath your bakes for more even browning. These are both things I will put to the test when I get my hands on them.
The complete six-piece set includes two 9" round cake pans, a 9"x13" rectangular cake pan, an 8" x 8" square cake pan, a 10" x 15" medium baking sheet, and a 9.5" x 14.5" stainless steel cooling rack. All are PFAS-free for peace of mind when baking this holiday season.

What Else To Shop
I’ve rounded up a selection of other standout picks, from the HexClad cookware I rely on most to the essential storage and cleaning tools that help keep your investment in top condition.

HexClad’s surface blends stainless steel peaks with a ceramic non-stick base. Third-party testing confirms it’s PFAS-free, which is good news, as the exceptional non-stick performance makes cooking – and cleanup – effortless. We could hardly fault it when we put it to the test.
I use this large sauté pan most nights for all sorts of meals. I have never had an issue with sticking or burning, and it is super easy to hand wash (although it is dishwasher-safe if you prefer).
I tried and fell in love with KitchenAid's new Artisan Plus stand mixer earlier this year. This new take introduces a magical new blue peppercorn finish and a stunning fluted glass bowl, which perfectly catches the light from the mixer head for cozy winter baking at home.
Approved by the Environmental Working Group as non-toxic, this gentle dish soap is perfect for caring for delicate pans without the risk of toxic residue.
Sponge cloths are plant-based, meaning they are free from plastics and decompose in compost heaps in around 10 months, making them an eco-friendly, hygienic alternative to traditional sponges and paper towels.
While HexClad cookware is not as delicate as other non-toxic alternatives, it is still best to file it away to keep your cabinets neat. This adjustable OXO organizer is ideal, with a wide base to avoid tipping and movable dividers to accommodate any-sized pan or tray.
While you are leveling up your home baking setup, consider one of the best stand mixers to make baking effortless.
