I just found the most beautiful no-wire chandelier hiding on Anthropologie – it looks like it should cost $1000s but it's under $400
I did a double-take when I saw this amazing lighting fixture hiding in the Anthropologie sale

I, like seemingly everyone else on the planet, am obsessed with candle sconces. Since I rent (and refuse to call an electrician) I’ve leaned hard on tapers for their swanky, cinematic glow. Recently, though, I found what feels like their big sister: the Dream Floral Chandelier by Terrain.
Its iron florals had me at hello. Calling them whimsical feels slightly reductive – this chandelier is storybook-level pretty. Similar to a candle sconce, it holds taper candles, only multiplied into a full-fledged lighting moment to suspend above a dining table or in an entryway instead of just an accent on the wall.
I found the price tag – $373, thanks to a current sale – almost as celestial. To be fair, this lighting trend revival is about as analog as it gets (no electricity, just fire), but still, for a hand-aged, one-of-a-kind chandelier with a twenty-inch diameter, it’s a shockingly good deal.
Each chandelier is hand-painted and aged, so no two will ever match. Iron sounds heavy, but at nine pounds it’s not, which makes it a renter’s dream.
It's the kind of piece that makes dinner feel like a fairytale. I’m envisioning a dim dining room, the table glowing, and conversations happening under flickering light. And while the real candle route is obviously the moodiest, LED tapers (the flickery kind from Target) work just as well – especially if you plan to dress it up with trailing florals, like amaranthus, for extra magic.
This chandelier has me suddenly very much into the whole iron antiqued-floral look. It’s definitely not a new idea, but right now it's reading particularly cozy, especially as we head into the cooler months. Dare I say, the candle sconce has officially been out-romanced. Ahead, six more floral lighting ideas to enchant your life.
Romantic interiors are definitely trending this autumn, and I have never seen the word 'whimsical' bounced around so much. This candle chandelier definitely taps into that soft, ethereal aesthetic that both fashion and interiors can't get enough of right now.
