Showcasing the partnership between two British brands rich in family history, the collection is a playful range of outerwear and clothing packed with functionality and craftsmanship.
The range is inspired by Emma’s famous Cheery Polka Dot print. Created in 2002, it has become a classic pattern with a simple design and joyful colours that are a nostalgic nod to 1960.
Barbour’s iconic wax jackets are given a fun twist with this polka dot lining and knitwear and shirts take on all-over dots. Classic dresses and layers add to the collection to bring a sense of summer fun to every wardrobe.
Perfect for the inevitable summer rain, the Barbour x Emma Bridgewater Underwood Wax is a longer length lightweight wax style with a flattering waist drawcord, hood, two pockets and side stud tab feature. This style is lined in the exclusive Emma Bridgewater polka dot print, blending each brand’s signature detail into one smart contemporary outerwear garment.
Offering a classic box quilted design, the Barbour x Emma Bridgewater Morely Quilted Jacket is elevated with a playful Emma Bridgewater spot print to the inner lining.
Featuring contrast stud fastening, a funnel neck and lower patch pockets, the jacket is finished with tonal Barbour embroidery to the left pocket.
In a soft flattering jersey wrap, the Barbour x Emma Bridgewater Spot Dress has an all-over Emma Bridgewater polka dot print. Available in navy, this statement dress is versatile and a wardrobe essential that easily transitions from day to night.
Paul Wilkinson, Global Marketing and Commercial Director at Barbour, said: “We are delighted to announce a second season with Emma Bridgewater. Partnering with Emma has allowed both brands to develop new exciting designs for the spring/summer season which complement each other so well."
Emma Bridgewater said: “I am so pleased with the new spring/summer collection we have designed for Barbour, featuring the classic Emma Bridgewater polka dot. It has been thrilling to transform our pottery patterns for clothes. I have always loved and trusted Barbour coats, no brand comes close for function and style. The addition of the cheery polka dot pattern to jacket linings is ideal for a mild British spring and makes the perfect mix of the two brands.”
The Barbour x Emma Bridgewater collection is available now on barbour.com and through selected Barbour stockists.
