Kylie Jenner will reportedly move 'next door' to Khloé Kardashian following her split with Travis Scott

Kylie Jenner is said to be moving 'next door' to her sister Khloe Kardashian following reports that she is on a 'break' from rapper Travis Scott. 

The socialite and businesswoman owns an 18,000 square-foot plot in Hollywood Hills between Khloé’s $17 million property and her mom Kris Jenner who also lives in the vicinity. Kylie and Travis are rumored to be offloading their 9,600-square-foot mansion in Beverly Crest, which they purchased together in 2018 for $21.9 million. 

With a sleek earthy color scheme, modern architectural features, and a 90210 postcode, their estate is easily qualifiable as one of the world's best homes – however, it is no longer appealing to Kylie, who is set to surround herself with family in her new property (so new, in fact, that it's still under construction). 

Amid listing their home, photos acquired by The Sun show that construction at Kylie's Hollywood Hills plot is noticeably moving forward. The foundations and beams have all been laid for the property that is expected to tower over multi-stories. Reports also suggest the property will span 18,000 square feet – making it one of the largest homes in Calabasas, Los Angeles. 

Since the home is still under construction, little is known about Kylie Jenner's decorating ideas or future design plans. However, Cinema Blend report that permits from 2020 (when she purchased the home)  approved for construction of a guest house, swimming pool, sports court, and a 12-car garage. 

The images also show the proximity of Kylie's new home to those of her sister Khloe, who resides in an adjacent mansion. She, too, custom-built her home on the $17 million plot – likely inspiring the 25-year-old billionaire to do the same. 

Meanwhile, her mom and soon-to-be neighbor Kris Jenner owns a $20 million estate with eight bedrooms, a piano room, and a bar – to name but a few of its luxury amenities. Other Kar-Jenner stars, Kim and Kourtney, also (perhaps unsurprisingly) also own properties not too far from the neighborhood. 

Alongside her new home – and the one which she is offloading with Travis Scott – Kylie Jenner also owns a $36.5 million home in Holby Hills. She is also constructing (yet another) brand-new property – the latter being a stylish Palm Springs villa in the Sonoran Desert of southern California. It is not yet known when construction will be completed, but as reports suggest, they're certainly on their way.
