Lindsay Lohan's property portfolio – what we know about the actress' homes
From Mykonos to the United Arab Emirates – we investigate Lindsay Lohan's international property collection
Lindsay Lohan may have been born and raised in Long Island, New York, but her property portfolio expands far beyond the US.
The actress, who rose to fame in 1998 following her role in The Parent Trap, has acquired a collection of some of the world's best homes across the continents. Most recently, she resides in Dubai with her husband, Bader Shammas, after sharing that she felt a 'certain sense of calm' in the UAE.
Following her most recent role in Falling for Christmas, we revisit the actress' expansive property portfolio and investigate the actress' impact beyond Hollywood –in the real estate industry.
Notable properties in Lindsay Lohan's collection
From Mykonos to Venice Beach, these are the most notable of Lindsay Lohan's estates around the world.
Home in Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Lindsay Lohan currently lives in Dubai with her financier husband, Bader Shammas, where they have resided for nearly a decade.
In an interview with W Magazine, the actress shared that her move to the UAE came from a desire to keep her private life away from her work life – primarily due to the lack of paparazzi in the Gulf State. 'There’s a certain calmness that I find there. There’s no paparazzi, no cameras; that’s a big deal for me,' the former child star shared.
'I never considered people taking a picture ‘bothering’ me, but I don’t want people to misinterpret who I am as a person if they see me sneezing and they say I’m crying. I do really appreciate having a life where I can just go outside and not have to worry.'

Club on Kalo Livadi beach, Mykonos
If you were a fan of MTV's aptly-named Lindsay Lohan's Beach Club, you will already know that the actress previously owned property on Kalo Livadi beach on the Greek island of Mykonos.
While Lindsay did not reside at the club, she had invested in the property and made many of the club's interior design decisions – from the room color ideas to the club's exterior – on the shore of the Aegean Sea. Lindsay worked in Mykonos alongside her staff who were flown from America for the summer to remain ambassadors for the Lohan brand.
As of June 2019, the actress sold the property to cash in on the investment, marking the end of the beach club and her time in Mykonos.
Modern home in Venice Beach, Los Angeles
Despite her Long Island roots, Lindsay's most recognized home in the US is situated on the west coast, in Venice Beach, Los Angeles.
The home, which was leased by Lindsay, is a trove of modern, urban design inspiration, from its open-plan living room ideas to the floating stairway, poured concrete floors, and a forged steel fireplace that give the property a contemporary feel. According to Zillow, the home has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and a large rooftop deck that looks out across Venice Beach, and the Santa Monica Mountains.
French style cottage, Beverly Hills
In 2021 Lindsay reportedly lived in a quaint cottage-style property in Beverly Hills. According to TMZ, the actress moved from her 8,000-per-month rental in early 2013. She left a 2,500-square-foot French cottage-style home with three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, and a spa.
Before moving, Lindsay took part in Bravo's Million Dollar Decorators – a show in which designers redecorate a home. She reportedly made her way onto the show after meeting interior designer Kathryn Ireland at a New Year's Eve party prior to her move (the Mail reports).
The home also features a large swimming pool and a verdant garden with trees that offered privacy in the celebrity-favored neighborhood.
