Best know for his role as Chandler Bing in hit sitcom Friends – where the actor made up to $1 million per episode – Matthew Perry's penthouse in Malibu, Los Angeles is truly a sight to behold.
Hovering above the city like a floating palace is Penthouse 40, the 'Mansion in the Sky' that occupies the entire 40th floor of the exclusive Century building.
For the renovation, Matthew Perry enlisted the help of renowned architect Scott Joyce and lauded interior designer LM Pagano to create a residence that they believe is a true 'mansion in the sky.'

The penthouse is a masterclass in contemporary living with a spacious four bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a spacious living room, movie theater, fitness studio and 360-degree views of the Los Angeles skyline – an impressive sight at sunset.
And as if that's not enough, it also includes four terraces and access to The Century's impressive list of amenities (think an oversized pool with cabanas, a gym, private wine storage and around-the-clock concierge).

According to Page Six, this Malibu property is currently the most expensive condo on the market in Los Angeles at the moment.
Purchased by Perry in 2017, it was originally listed last year at $35 million. It has now been relisted at $27 million.
Matthew Perry has also appeared in major films including The Whole Nine Yards and 17 Again as well as co-developing and starring in the CBS sitcom The Odd Couple.
In addition to his acting talent, Perry has proven himself in the field of real estate, where for more than ten years, he has been buying, renovating and selling some of the most beautiful homes in the Los Angeles area.
An active philanthropist, the actor opened a sober living home for addicts to help their transition from rehab back to real life, called Perry House, in Malibu.
The listing agents for Matthew’s LA penthouse are Greg Holcomb and Cassandra Petersen of Compass, Los Angeles.
