The King of Staten Island no more? Pete Davidson lists his waterfront home for $1.3 million
The comedian is reportedly trading his luxury Staten Island condo for a new home across the water in Brooklyn
Pete Davidson has listed his Staten Island home for $1.3 million before his suggested move across the water to Brooklyn.
The comedian and actor who is best known for his role on the NBC late-night sketch comedy series Saturday Night Live is a Staten Island native – owning one of the most striking condos on the island – and one of the world's best homes. Pete Davidson, who is currently dating supermodel Emily Ratajkowski, recently shared his desire to move to Brooklyn in an interview with NBCLX.
Located in the waterfront neighborhood of Georgetown, the two-bedroom property boasts unrivaled views of the New York City skyline, which are best enjoyed from the property's private terrace. The luxury apartment is also within close proximity to the Staten Island ferry that reaches Manhattan in approximately 25 minutes.
While its panoramic river view is one of the most significant selling points, the home's decorating ideas are also noteworthy. According to listing agents Jason Mitchell Group, the space is designed to accentuate space through its open-plan layout and bright, clean color scheme.
Beyond the bright family room, which is described as an 'optimal space for entertaining', the custom kitchen is equally airy, thanks to its white-hued cabinets and apt Subway tiles, because this is New York, after all.
The kitchen also exhibits luxe countertop ideas that are perfect for an urban space, as the marble top flows from the workspace to create a small kitchen island, large enough to host four people.
The primary bedroom uses its space equally well, with its private en-suite, including a bath and shower – and a stylish walk-in closet. The main suite also boasts large glass doors that lead to an 'exclusive terrace' on the seventh floor. From here, you can enjoy unrivaled views of Manhattan's skyline – including the One World Trade Center.

The outdoor terrace is equally great for hosting, especially in the summer when the New York climate allows for al-fresco dining. The space is equipped with an outdoor sofa and a table that overlooks the river.
Just before listing the condo, People shared the actor had attended a New York Knicks basketball game with Emily Ratajkowski on November 28. The London-born, Californian-made model reportedly also lives in New York City.
What neighborhood did Pete Davidson live in?
The 'King of Staten Island', Pete Davidson, was born and raised in the said New York borough. His current home, described above, is located in Georgetown, in the northeastern tip of the island, overlooking the water.
Amy Arnone and Marissa Polo of the Jason Mitchell Group hold the $1.3 million listing.
