Phil Collins has just sold his magnificent Miami home for a cool $40 million. The Easy Lover hitmaker bought the property - widely known as one of the grandest Miami Beach mansions on Biscayne Bay - back in 2015 for $33 million.
The property was also once owned by another A-list singer, Jennifer Lopez, and boasts epic views over the Miami skyline. The star owned the home from 2002 until 2005, when she sold it for $13.9 million.
Phil’s ex-wife Orianne Cevey was recently living in the property, and finally agreed to sell after purchasing another property with her new husband.
The Old World Spanish-style home was built in 1929 and opens into a 1.5-acre lush tropical landscape that backs up to 184ft of prime bay-front space.
The bay side has a large pool, spa, boat dock, a 6,000-gallon koi pond, a summer kitchen and cabana, and sunset views of that glittering skyline.
The interior has large formal rooms that open out onto the view with a lift to take you to the second floor.
The sprawling space extends to 10,769-square-foot, and boasts six bedrooms, nine baths, arched arcades and a two-storey rotunda foyer. There’s also a chef’s kitchen, wine cellar and the master suite has a bespoke walk-in closet.

While Phil may have left South Florida, a number of new celebrities are ditching New York, Massachusetts and California for the Florida sunshine. Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen, Joshua Kushner and Karlie Kloss, Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner, Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber, and Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez, have all recently bought homes or land in the Miami Beach area.

Where does Phil Collins live now?
Phil, who one fronted the band Genesis before embarking on a successful solo career, lives in Féchy, Switzerland. He purchased his home there after his August 2008 divorce from his third wife, Orianne Cevey, with whom he shares two sons. He also has two other children, including famous actress Lily Collins, his daughter from his second marriage.
It's believed that Phil Collins also owns homes in New York and Dersingham, a charming village in Norfolk, England.
