Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ former LA hangout is on the market – for $14.5 million
The 'Crown Jewel of Beverly Crest' comes with views across Downtown LA and the Pacific Ocean

Sean 'Diddy' Combs's former home has just entered the market for $14.5 million.
The aptly-named Crown Jewel of Beverly Crest epitomizes SoCal luxury living – situated moments above Sunset Boulevard and the Beverly Hills Hotel – sits effortlessly in the Crest streets of Beverly Hills. The recently renovated Modern Classic comes complete with panoramic views of the Santa Monica mountains and the Pacific Ocean.
The home, which is named as an 'entertainer’s paradise' by listing agents Compass, the home is one of the most exciting properties in SoCal's real estate market – and one of the world's best homes. Here we tour the magnificent property.
American rapper, Sean John Combs, who is also known professionally as Puff Daddy, lived in the home from 2008 to 2013. He is also known as a record producer and entrepreneur who was amongst Fortune magazine's top 40 entrepreneurs under 40 in the early 2000s.
The musician's former home is a trove of decorating ideas, shown firstly through its grand foyer that sets the tone for the entirety of the property. This level boasts three separate en-suite bedrooms and an open-plan living room with pocket doors that frame the Los Angeles skyline.
The middle level has reset luxe kitchen ideas with its stainless steel appliances and black marble island that creates a juxtaposition against the white marble floor and ceiling. The floor also features a dining area and entertainer’s bar.
This July, the multi-level property also played host to the first-ever NFT MetaHills Mixer & Gallery – which further emphasizes the home's position as the ultimate party place.
Meanwhile, the top floor plays host to the primary suite (one of five-bedrooms in the property) with an adjoining marble clad bathroom that comes with a dual shower and soaking tub. And of course, views across the prestigious 90210 postcode as standard.
Perhaps the most striking part of the home is the coveted backyard overlooks the LA basin. This recently renovated space offers a range of modern garden ideas including an infinity pool and a chef’s kitchen barbecue station.
Sean Combs's home is listed with Aleks Lipovic and Holland Ashrafnia and Aaron Kirman of Aaron Kirman Group at Compass for $14.5 million.
