Banana Republic is my new go-to for effortless coastal style – here’s everything I’m adding to my cart right now

Banana Republic’s home site is a treasure trove of modern, coastal-inspired designs that are perfect for summer. These are the items I’m loving right now

This summer, I’m all about breezy coastal vibes and that laid back Cali-casual aesthetic that everyone wants to achieve. Embracing cohesion between indoor and outdoor spaces, the California cool aesthetic champions relaxed living, using both rustic elements for a laidback feel, as well as cool colors like whites, blues, and greens for added ease of design.

Modern coastal decor is therefore all about timeless looks that still feel lived-in at the same time, but it can be hard to find retailers that truly nail that exact aesthetic. That’s why I was so thrilled to discover that Banana Republic had a whole chic home site that I’d never looked at before, and upon perusing their summer collection, I really wished I’d had the brand in my life years earlier.

Each look is highly sophisticated, expertly crafted with only the best materials, but earthy and characterful at the same time. This mix of nostalgia and contemporary is found in every element of the collection, all the way from the marble-topped coffee table to the comfy wool throws in classic colors. Here are my top picks from Banana Republic Home for a casual, yet luxe experience.
