Bobby Berk is offering free one on one consultations to help us bring our design visions 'to the next level'
The Queer Eye alum has partnered with the Thumbtack app to provide his coveted design expertise to two lucky homeowners
Have you ever dreamed of chatting with acclaimed Queer Eye interior designer Bobby Berk about redecorating your home? Now's your time to make it a reality. The Emmy-Award-winning house enthusiast is teaming up with the Thumbtack app to offer free advice to two lucky homeowners.
Berk will be sharing his wealth of home decor ideas on April 16th at noon Eastern Time (9 am Pacific Standard Time) on a first come, first served basis through Thumbtack. For the best chance of meeting with Bobby, he recommends downloading the app and creating an account ahead of the booking window. Then, simply log on at the booking time and message Bobby through his Thumbtack profile. The site will confirm bookings for the first two homeowners to register interest.
Though the process of being 'first in line' will be cutthroat, the rewards seem worthwhile. Throughout his tenure on Queer Eye, Bobby was innovative, skilled, and attentive to the interior design style of each of his clients. He seems to have an endless supply of interior design tips to offer, all of which feel approachable and human-centered. Not to mention, he's one of the nicest celebrities I've interviewed in my time as a News Editor at Homes & Gardens.

What might you discuss with Berk, if chosen? The possibilities are endless. In his description of the consultation offerings, Bobby says he's 'passionate about helping homeowners take their vision to the next level.'
He continues, 'My main focus is helping you design a space that reflects your truest style, no matter what size home you have. I can help you bring your vision to life so you can transform your space into a one-of-a-kind oasis — whether you’re looking to elevate your outdoor hosting space, breathe new life into your home office, or design the nursery of your dreams.'
Furthermore, according to Berk, Thumbtack is a great way to make these interior design dreams come to life, even if you don't land a consultation with him. The personalized 'one app for your home' is used by Berk himself.
The acclaimed designer tells his Instagram followers that Thumbtack, 'makes planning and completing projects for my home SO much easier, and always helps keep me on track! With personalized recommendations and step-by-step guidance, their brand-new app is like having a home expert in my pocket and I’m here for it.' We'll just have to try for ourselves to see how AI has made its way into the world of interior design.
