Sex and The City, and its sequel, ...And Just Like That, may be most associated with clothing when it comes to discussion of aesthetics, but we'd be remiss to not mention some of the fantastic interiors that appear on the shows. In fact, we would argue that this aspect is actually more achievable.

This was the thought that came to mind when we discovered that Carrie Bradshaw keeps a SMEG fridge in her kitchen (in trendy pastel green, no less).

The beloved, retro-style appliance brand is a mainstay in Carrie's home in ...And Just Like That, and it makes a case for eclectic decorating while proving that the green kitchen can and will endure, despite topping current color trends.

All too often, appliances like refrigerators are defaulted to function first, but SMEG's vintage sensibilities allow for it to be a focal point of a kitchen. In Carrie's kitchen specifically, the fridge ties into her tiled floor, while providing a pop of color against her white-painted cabinets.

As far as technicalities go, the SMEG fridge features two doors, is Energy Star–certified for its low energy use, and comes equipped with three adjustable glass shelves, a fruit and vegetable crisper, a cooler Life Plus 32°F drawer, and a door alarm. There are also LED lights along the doors for accessibility.

While the price runs at just under $4,000, we have rounded up some smaller-scale SMEG appliances (including a toaster, drip coffee machine, and mini kettle) in the same pastel green hue, so you can get the look for less. Happy shopping!
