Drew Barrymore has launched two new furniture items – and we’re obsessed with their playful yet practical design
These two new pieces of statement furniture in a stunning shade of green are the perfect on-trend addition to your living space this season
Actress and businesswoman Drew Barrymore, who is the creator of the homeware brand Beautiful by Drew, has launched two new furniture pieces to her Beautiful collection at Walmart. The brand, which originally focused on kitchenware products, has in time expanded to offer a functional yet stylish range of products for the wider home.
Following the success of the original Drew Chair that launched and sold out earlier this year within 72 hours of its launch, Barrymore has now expanded the living room collection, releasing two new pieces of statement furniture - and they capture two of this season’s key trends perfectly.
New to the collection is the original Drew Chair, but re-released in a brand new sage green colorway, and secondly the new Drew Stowaway Coffee Table, also available in the newly-launched sage color.

The Drew Chair is made from bouclé upholstery with natural fibers to give it a soft finish and has been described as a ‘chair and a half’ thanks to its generously-sized proportions. With a metal swivel base that spins 360 degrees and the addition of three accent pillows, the oversized chair offers guaranteed comfort whilst making a statement thanks to its playful design.
Brand new to the collection, the Drew Stowaway Coffee Table is available in both sage and cream colorways and features a removable wooden top that conceals a clever storage compartment, whilst also doubling up as a serving tray with a raised edge to keep items secure. Guaranteed to add impact to your living room while also providing a practical solution for storing everyday items that can easily clutter the space, the coffee table is the perfect functional yet elegant addition to your living space.
Both pieces tap into key trends of 2023: bouclé, which designers are loving this season for its ability to add texture and warmth to a home whilst looking effortlessly chic; and secondly, sage green which is a popular choice for its calming effect on the home.
Alice Chiu, founder of Miss Alice Designs discusses the impact a soft color such as sage green can have on a living space: 'Instead of gray, a few colors that you can use are darker shades of green, beige, and earthy tones that remind us of nature.’

‘These colors are soothing and relaxing for the home. They pair well with wood elements, jute rugs, rattan cane chairs, and natural stone such as marble.'
Alice Chiu founded Miss Alice Designs after receiving her degree in Interior Architecture and Design at San Francisco Academy of Art University in 2012. She references her passion for interior design back to her childhood, which she spent in the San Francisco Bay Area.
