An ocean-view penthouse in Miami is a dream for many, and now, someone can make it their reality, as a home previously owned by legendary Latin singer Luis Miguel has hit the market.
Listed for $5.375 million, the 3,860-square-foot penthouse is located in Brickell at The Jade, an ultra-luxury, minimalist property with resort-style amenities including a pool, sauna, and steam rooms, and a state-of-the-art fitness center.
The unit is sleek and modern, making full use of the floor-to-ceiling windows to highlight the oversized primary suite, spa-like bathroom, and open-plan living room. Let's take a closer look at the four-bed, five-bath home.
The living room is primed for hosting, with conversational seating taking center stage in the form of white, leather sofas, which complement the hardwood floors beautifully.
The dining area is simple but elegant, with a natural wood table and chair placed next to one of the many floor-to-ceiling windows.
The home office is similarly bright and airy, with a contemporary room divider allowing for privacy.
The master bedroom prioritizes softness and light colors, with layered, white bedding (this Percale duvet cover from Serena and Lily is an easy match), a textured rug, and semi-sheer curtains.

This duvet cover comes in a few palettes (the burgundy with white piping is great), but there’s something especially sharp about keeping the whites clean and letting a narrow line of navy do the work. It's perfect for a coastal bedroom, just like Luis's.
You might not clock the details at first glance, but they’re doing real magic. Look closer and you’ll see the tone-on-tone ladder-lace trim woven into this breezy, ultra-premium Egyptian cotton. It feels (and frankly looks) better than most hotel sheets.
Reading a touch dramatic even in white, this thick-bordered Serena & Lily cotton percale duvet is monochrome at its most evolved. If you miss a hint of color, the border also comes in Coastal Blue, Navy, and Fog (for that all-important coastal color scheme).
Looking for something modern underfoot? Here's the rug for you. Its geometric pattern makes a stylish statement without feeling too bold. Plus, its soft ivory color will brighten your room with modern elegance. It's a must for any coastal bedroom.
You don’t need much to wake up white sheets. This ivory fawn throw may seem tonally similar, but its subtle woodland pattern and ultra-snuggly faux fur add far more dimension than it lets on. Fold it at the foot of the bed or drape it across the whole thing in cooler months.
This stylish Tiffany lamp is a beautiful celebration of the classic look. It would look perfect on a console table in a bedroom (just like Luis'). However, there's truly no bad spot for this design classic.
A secondary bedroom also keeps things light, with the high ceilings doing a lot of the heavy lifting.
Finally, the marble tub and rain shower provide a spa bathroom-like atmosphere that is truly timeless.
Luis Miguel's home is listed with Andrew Kardonski & Carl Gambino at Compass.
