Miami is a hub for athletes, celebrities, and entrepreneurs, and it's easy to see why: between the sunshine and the luxury properties, there's lots to love about this cosmopolitan city.
F1 driver Pierre Gasly is among this camp, having recently purchased a $4.9 home located near the Design District.
'From the moment this opportunity was introduced to me, it felt like a natural fit,' Pierre says. 'As an F1 driver, my life is constantly on the move, so having a home where every detail is handled means everything. Miami Tropic Residences offers the effortless living, thoughtful design, and level of service I value – all in the heart of a city that has become a true global gathering place. The walkability, culture, and energy of the Design District perfectly reflect the lifestyle I enjoy.'
Designed by award-winning architecture firm Arquitectonica, with interiors by internationally acclaimed design studio Yabu Pushelberg, the 3,712-square-foot four-bedroom, four-bathroom home is quite the abode, with 11-foot ceilings and floor-to-ceiling glass windows, as well as a chef's kitchen co-designed by Chef Jean-Georges featuring Gaggenau stainless steel appliances. Let's take a closer look inside.
The entrance to the sauna is as serene as it comes, with green-tiled walls and lush plants leading the way.
The home sauna itself features steam rooms and ample space for lounging, with the signature green coming into play.
In the unit itself, the dining room makes the case for teal with its floral, upholstered dining chairs, which add some vibrancy the wood table and complement the cream ceiling.

The living area, meanwhile, takes cues from both coastal aesthetics (Miami is oceanside, after all), and the '70s, with a low-profile coffee table, mustard yellow and cream sofas, and a neutral, subtly striped rug.
Purple is a power color in the home office, with accent chairs popping against the dark walls, while built-in shelves and gallery walls contribute to the visual intrigue. These pillow covers are an excellent starting point if you're looking to recreate the look.

This barrel chair adds both extra seating and a touch of glam to any space. Its rounded back curves into arm-like sides, cradling a cushioned seat that’s as inviting as it is stylish.
If a full purple sofa feels like too much, these vibrant purple cushions offer an easy way to introduce the color into your space. If you want a purple office like Pierre's, this is the perfect starting point.
A purple vase can instantly elevate a living room bookshelf, adding a pop of color and visual interest. It looks stunning on its own, but pairing it with greenery enhances its charm and brings a fresh, stylish touch to the space.
Finally, the bathroom is nothing short of a spathroom, with double, wood sinks, blush pink tiled walls, and high ceilings.
Between the luxury amenities and the nature-inspired aesthetics, we are taking cues from this home in trying to make our own the most soothing and beautiful as possible.
Pierre Gasly's new home was purchased with Miami Real Investment.
