Does GreenPan have free shipping?
Yes, free shipping is available to the continental United States when you spend $125 or more. For orders under this amount, shipping will cost $5.99.
Does GreenPan offer a student discount?
No, GreenPan does not currently offer a student discount. Be sure to check out our list of other offers, however, as there’s bound to be savings to suit your needs.
What is the GreenPan returns policy?
If you’re not happy with your GreenPan purchase, you’ll have 60 days to send it back. All returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, you’ll need to send an email to customercare.us@greenpan.com.
Can I recycle my old cookware with GreenPan?
Yes, GreenPan offers a recycling program. This service costs $20 and can be added as an extra at checkout. Simply print out your recycling shipping label, pack your old cookware in the box that your new order arrived in, and drop it off and your nearest FedEx location.
