Having a kitchen that's short on storage and countertop space tests your patience daily – trust me, I know. That is where having multi-functional appliances makes such a difference.
One of the best space savers is the Nutribullet Ultra Plus+ Compact Kitchen System, from Amazon, which combines two appliances (a blender and food processor) that are essentials to most home cooks, to save you space.
We tested it and ranked it one of our best blender-food processor combos, and it's $65 off right now, making it a great deal for your wallet as well as an improvement to your kitchen setup.
Free up Space on Kitchen Counters and in Cabinets with This Combo Appliance
This compact system offers the ability to blend, chop, slice, shred, and grind vegetables, fruit, coffee, spices, and more, making it the perfect multifunctional space-saving tool for home cooks or those who like to make meals, sauces, soups, and other food from scratch using whole foods.
The Nutribullet Ultra Plus+ system tackles three appliances in one, acting as a personal blender, one of the best food processors, and a coffee grinder, all using one base, saving a third ofthe space in small kitchen storage as having each appliance individually. I don't know about you, but this sounds like the perfect balm for my tiny kitchen woes.
Just because it is a Jack of all trades doesn't mean it is a master of none. When our expert appliance reviewer, Tobey Grumet Segal, tested the Nutribullet Ultra Plus+, she found that the 'two blending cups, a mini-sized food processor bowl, a grinder cup, and four different blades to swap out all do a proper amount of blending and prep work, yet won’t eat up a ton of space.'
When blending, just 30 seconds on a low-volume cycle reduced berries, yogurt, and water into a seamless, creamy smoothie. When adding ice, powdered protein, and frozen berries for the next test, two cycles quickly reduced it all to a perfectly satisfying consistency.
The food processor was just as impressive, although the compact size does mean you may have to chop larger items (such as whole onions) into rough chunks first to get them in. We think this is a fair trade-off for the convenience of organizing a kitchen.

The spice and coffee grinder were also satisfying. Again, one 30-second round created a perfectly fine powder.
There are a few small components to store, but it is easier than storing two large appliance bases as well as accessories.
If the convenience of its compact size and multi-functional heads wasn't enough, the system is also super simple to clean, being one of the things you can wash in a dishwasher (except the electric base, which only requires wiping with a nearly dry cloth).
It's perfect for small-space living, smaller households, and the average everyday home cook who doesn't need all the fancy gadgets and gizmos to put together a weeknight dinner.
And for $65 off for the whole Nutribullet Ultra Plus+ System at Amazon right now, it's a no-brainer.
What to Shop
The Nutribullet Ultra Plus+ is perfect for apartment dwellers or those with smaller kitchens. Just like a personal blender, the motor base is petite and light enough to move anywhere you want to do your blending or processing.
This boasts some serious power and capacity. It was faultless across all our tests. If you want a straightforward appliance that can do it all and not cost the earth, look no further. Just note, this is huge, so it will prove more difficult to store in smaller spaces.
It's more expensive than the Ninja, but more aesthetically pleasing and sleek, featuring a touchscreen interface. It just struggles with smaller quantities.
If you don't have a tall cupboard to store a big appliance, this option could suit you. A stick blender powers the food processor, so there's no chunky base. It comes with lots of accessories, like a whisk, a dough hook, a mini chopper, and a potato masher.
Magimix invented the food processor, and they stand by their quality with a 30-year warranty. It comes with a sharp blender blade for creamy smoothies, making it an excellent combo option.
If you already own a Vitamix Ascent Series blender, look no further. You can add this very spacious, 12-cup food processor attachment to harness all of that built-in power.
After investing, brush up on how to clean a blender to keep your appliance in top condition for longer, and make sure your food tastes fantastic every time.
