I'm wishing fall would come early thanks to Joanna Gaines' harvest hosting edit for Target – there are some gorgeously seasonal pieces
The new drop from Hearth & Hand with Magnolia features earthy hues, natural materials, and statement cookware

While summer gives me the chance to experiment with bold colors and whimsical decor, fall table decor ideas are my favorite for really indulging in the season of plenty. I haven't stocked up on many new pieces so far, but I have a feeling that's about to change – and it's all thanks to the harvest hosting edit from the Hearth & Hand with Magnolia kitchen and dining collection at Target.
I can always count on Joanna Gaines to provide me with plenty of design inspiration, and I've long admired her homeware picks. I fell in love with the Haden X Hearth & Hand collection which launched recently.
The new harvest hosting pieces are just as gorgeous as the rest of the Joanna Gaines 2025 fall collection at Target – but you can expect a focus on stylish tableware and cookware in rich, earthy hues, and accessories in natural materials to really embrace the fall mindset.
From serveware and crockery to kitchen essentials and thoughtful finishing touches, the harvest hosting edit has me brimming with hosting plans, so now I have an excuse to shop some of these stunning seasonal pieces right away.
My picks from the harvest hosting collection
Vintage look
I love to mix and match coupe glasses on my dinner table, and this soft brown hue is so elegant for fall. The ribbed detailing adds an extra touch of sophistication.
Glazed stoneware
Another classic fall shade is, of course, a deep green like this one – and it pairs wonderfully with earthy textures like rattan and wood. Plus, the shaped edges of these pasta bowls will really elevate your tablescape.
Polished wood
While crockery and linens are integral to a spectacular table setting, it's the finishing touches like these napkin rings that tie everything together. The edges even matche the bowls and plates in the rest of the collection.
100% cotton
Nothing says fall like a traditional tartan print, and I'm obsessed with the burgundy and pale orange color palette of this runner. It's guaranteed to enhance even the simplest of table settings.
Subtle texture
Just like napkin rings, I've always thought that placemats can take your tablescape to the next level. These woven mats tie in perfectly with the harvest theme, but they would also look great on a summer table.
Classic stoneware
To me, gravy boats are an essential part of fall hosting, and this one is sure to get your guests talking. You'll spot more scalloped detailing and a natural textured finish.
Cookware essential
I'm always on the lookout for the best Dutch oven, and this handsome red shade caught my eye. It's made of cast iron with a coated finish, and I love the contrast with the brass handle.
You can never have too many prep bowls, and these will look right at home, whether in your kitchen or on your fall table. They're dishwasher- and microwave-safe, too.
Contrast trim
No dinner party is complete without a statement serving platter, and this one is timeless. I'd use it for appetizers, or as an after-dinner cheese board.
There's nothing cozier than a harvest-themed tablescape – brown, green and cream shades have to be some of my favorite fall color combinations. Think elevated neutrals with a rustic twist.
