Calvin Harris lists his $25 million estate in Beverly Hills – here's what we know
The compound, owned by the DJ and Taylor Swift paramour, is back on the market – we investigate the prestigious property
Calvin Harris has re-listed his Beverly Hills compound for $25 million after temporarily removing it from the market.
The grand estate first entered the market in February (for the same asking price), but it was later reduced to $21.9 million before it was taken off the market entirely in September, according to listing records.
The Scottish DJ moved to the prestigious Los Angeles neighborhood after success in the international music industry. He first rose to fame after producing songs for other artists, in 2011 and 2012, and his key hits include One Kiss with Dua Lipa, I Need Your Love with Ellie Goulding, and Summer. Property records suggest the DJ bought the home in 2014 for $15 million, using money from a trust.
With its affluent postcode and unrivaled amenities, the DJ's compound is certainly one of the world's best homes. But what more do you need to know about the sale? Here, we investigate the property in question.
According to Mansion Global, the home is labeled as 'The Hamptons comes to Los Angeles' in its listing with Kurt Rappaport of Westside Estate Agency (who had not yet responded to their request for comment.) However, this description initiates traditional east-costal decorating ideas with So-Cal garden ideas that make for an unrivaled aesthetic.
Five separate structures make up the property – all of which lead to the main home that is the pièce de résistance of the estate. However, other stand-out assets include the two-story guest house and a fully-equipped gym that spans 16,000 square feet across Los Angeles' most prestigious postcode.
Mansion Global shares that Calvin Harris has 'left his mark all over the home' after renovating the guest house 'into two state-of-the-art recording studios' and showcasing his records on the walls.

In a home of such prestige is only inevitable that you will come across luxe interior quirks, and of course, this is no exception. The main house boasts grand living spaces, French oak hardwood floors, and a grand stone staircase that epitomizes luxury.
The listing also mentions a gourmet chef’s kitchen with two oversized islands and a wine cellar. Meanwhile, the bathroom ideas are equally esteemed, with dual bathrooms and walk-in closets. Beyond the interiors, the estate is a maze of magnolia trees that leads to a pool, spa, and outdoor dining space.
We'll keep you updated on the sale.
