Eva Chow, the 'Culture Queen of Los Angeles,' has listed her fashionable mansion in Holmby Hills for $65 million.

The SoCal estate was inspired by the Reina Sofia museum in Madrid and built by a renowned art collector in one of the city's most sought-after postcodes. However, while the exterior is something to behold, the interiors are equally majestic.

The 30,000 property is a design-lovers dream, with museum-quality rooms and soaring ceilings to showcase art and antiques in natural light. The property also features an Art Deco library, often labeled 'The Finest Room in LA,' which places this property amongst the world's best homes

Designer Eva Chow began her fashion label as a student in her living room – and it has since grown into one of the most prestigious labels worldwide. She is also known as the founder and co-chair of the 'Art + Film' gala.

She lived in the estate with her restaurateur ex-husband Michael Chow who originally listed the property in October 2018 for $78 million, according to the Los Angeles Times. Eva had received the home after the couple's divorce, property records show.

The 30,000 square foot property uses carefully curated materials to create European-style rooms – beginning with the grand entryway. This space epitomizes luxury entryway ideas with its 400 Moorish columns, and Renaissance Florentine carved ceilings that set the tone for the rest of the home.

This grandeur continues into the library, also known as the 'Finest Room in LA' – that blends the finest elements of a gallery, artistic temple & personal sanctuary to create a space that is beloved in the city it stands in.

Meanwhile, the spacious kitchen is a host of inspiration – with its staple kitchen island and prep sink that pays homage to one of the most popular interior design trends of the season.

Beyond the gallery-inspired spaces, the home features a range of modern amenities, including an outdoor ballroom, entertainment complex, and two glass-enclosed wine vaults. There is also a private cinema and a billboard room, because this is Hollywood, after all.
