The rock star has owned the sprawling property since 1984...
Gene Simmons has relisted his mega mansion in the Benedict Canyon area of Los Angeles for $25 million. The Kiss frontman invested a lot of money renovating the property after previously putting it up for sale back in October for $22 million.

Set on two acres, the palatial estate boasts 13,405 square feet of space and has a grand interior boasting seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a great room, formal and informal dining rooms, reception rooms, an office and a bar.
The home exudes a level of luxury befitting a rock star, and the great room is particularly impressive with its double height floor-to-ceiling windows and mezzanine overlooking the expansive space.

The Kiss rocker bought the property back in 1984 for $1.35 million, and is thought to have spent millions upgrading the home, which has played host to everyone from politicians and governors, to other music stars like Bob Dylan.

Gene lives at the home with his wife Shannon Simmons, whom he married in 2011 and has been dating since 1975. Then couple have two children, Nick, 31, and Sophie, 28, and they all starred in the reality TV series Gene Simmons Family Jewels from 2006 to 2012.

You can certainly live it up indoors and out, as the grounds of the property are surrounded by lush greenery, a long driveway leading up to a landscaped motor court, parking for 35 cars, an aqua pool, a 60ft water slide and a tennis court.
