Margot picked up the property in 2017 after starring in The Wolf of Wall Street, Suicide Squad, and I, Tonya. Then, whilst living in the stylish LA home, Margot climbed to the top of Hollywood throughout her roles in Bombshell, Harley Quinn: Birds of Prey, and Once Upon A Time...In Hollywood. Reports suggest the actress is selling the home for $750,000 more than the price tag she paid approximately four years ago.

The home is nestled among one of the wealthiest districts in Los Angeles, in a postcode filled with ornate 1920s mansions and a world-class shopping experience along Wilshire Boulevard.

This 3,300 square-foot home epitomizes West Coastal charm through its chic industrial interiors that ooze with a laid-back So-Cal elegance with hints of New England's nautical charisma.

The fun continues beyond this two-storied haven into the idyllic garden, which features a tropical tile bar and cabana with a freestanding fireplace for the garden party of the millennium.

And while pets and wine-enthusiasts are taken care of, avid divers are equally catered for by the statement yellow diving board that graces the swimming pool and outdoor spa area.
