Inside Sandra Bullock’s West Hollywood condo – listed for $4.5 million
The mid-century modern hangout towers 22 floors above the Sunset Strip
Sandra Bullock has listed her apartment in the Sierra Towers skyscraper – one of Los Angeles’ most iconic condo buildings. The apartment is situated on the 22nd floor of the West Hollywood structure that similarly counts Lily Collins, Emma Watson, and Robert Sherman amongst its residents.
Actress Sandra Bullock, who is best known for her roles in The Proposal, Speed, and Miss Congeniality purchased the condo (that was previously owned by Friends actor Matthew Perry) in 2014 for approximately $3.6 million.
With its admirable alumni and prime location, Sandra Bullock’s apartment is one of the most sought-after properties in Los Angeles – and amongst the world’s best homes. Here, we take a tour.
While Sierra Towers epitomizes mid-1960’s architecture, Sandra Bullock’s living room ideas celebrate contemporary trends. Stand-out features include statement wood paneling, curved soft furnishings, and a monochromatic scheme that surrounds the home bar.
The open-plan living space also features a curated selection of accessories, including a scattered library of art books, vases that photo frames that complement the neutral scheme further.
This area flows into the open kitchen that pays homage to the wooden kitchen interior design trend through its richly-hued units, table, and rattan chairs that tie the modern palette together.
Sandra Bullock’s apartment features two bedrooms, including a master suite that combines gray and white tones to create a fashionable sanctuary above the City of Angels. Meanwhile, the second bedroom continues to practice modern decorating ideas with its curved furnishings and rattan pieces that are a retro nod to the building's heritage.

The bedrooms – like all the rooms in the condo – are blessed with views that stretch beyond the downtown L.A. skyline to the fringe of the Pacific Ocean.
And while the cityscape is enjoyed from the warmth of the bedroom or living space, the apartment similarly boasts a terrace with an outdoor seating area – that is (almost certainly) the pièce de résistance of any house party.
Plus, this isn’t the only property from the actress’s fashionable property portfolio. Sandra Bullock’s home on the shores of Tybee Island in Georgia also made headlines after it sold for $4.175 million in February.
Joshua Greer of Hilton & Hyland and Alan Long of Avenue 8 hold the $4,495,000 listing.
