Serena Williams' house is on the market – look inside her chic Beverly Hills sanctuary
The tennis icon has listed her Californian home amid a star-studded neighborhood for $7.49 million
Legendary tennis player Serena Williams is selling her 6,000-square-foot Spanish-style home in Beverly Hills for almost $7.5 million.
Serena, the former world No. 1 in women's singles tennis and winner of more Grand Slam singles titles than any other player, purchased the property only around three years ago for $6.68 million. The newly-built home was designed by the esteemed local designer Ario Fakheri before Serena made it her home in 2017, with her young daughter and husband Alexis Ohanian.

Alongside its five bedrooms and seven bathrooms, the property boasts several sitting rooms, a gym, an open-plan kitchen, and an entertaining room. This space is complete with a working bar and adjoining wine cellar, where you can stock up on supplies for the housewarming party of the century. Reported neighbors include an array of personalities, including Gwen Stefani, so you could party with the stars underneath the stars in the heart of this West Coastal kingdom.
Leading beyond the sparkling Bianco Bella marble-topped kitchen, the home showcases an effortless flow between interior and exterior living, as the dining area extends out towards a sun-glazed veranda. The garden space also features a Baja swimming pool where you can wash away the heat of the Californian sun and bathe on a vast verdant lawn.

Meanwhile, towering above the garden on the second floor, there is a master bedroom with a private balcony - an ideal viewing point for the fiery sunsets above the golden state. The room also features not one but two walk-closets while exhibiting several quintessential architectural features, including an elegant fireplace, a pair of large bathtubs, and oak hardwood flooring similar to those on the first floor.

Serena also recently sold another mansion in Palm Beach for almost $2.8 million this January, after investing in an $8 million house in Jupiter. Sources also hint Serena has looked for an estate in Montecito, a similarly-studded census-designated community just east of the City of Santa Barbara.
