Sylvester Stallone lists his art-filled estate in Los Angeles for $80 million
The Mediterranean-style SoCal mansion is complete with an Italian Riviera-inspired motor court and ornate French doors
Sylvester Stallone’s mansion in the North Beverly Park community in Los Angeles has entered the market for $80 million.
This contemporary Mediterranean compound is counted amongst the world’s best homes – and includes an Edward Granzbach-designed mansion and a 2-story Richard Landry-designed guest house. The properties sit amid 3.5 acres of sun-drenched land in one of California’s most sought-after postcodes.
Actor Sylvester Stallone is also a screenwriter and director who is best known for playing Rocky in the eponymously named film franchise. He also held starring roles in Rambo and The Expendables. Here, we take a look around his estate.
Upon entering the mansion, the two-story foyer sets a strong first impression – and offers a host of grand entryway ideas through its sculptural exhibitions and vivid art collection. This showcase sets the tone for the rest of the living spaces – and hints at the colorful property that lays behind the statement arches.
The most vibrant of these rooms is the primary living space – which is filled with modernist paintings and sculptural home decor pieces that give the room a gallery-like ambiance.
Beyond Sylvester’s rainbow living room ideas, the kitchen similarly maintains the home’s vast color palette by creating a contrast with its light navy cabinetry and subtle wood tones.
The space is illuminated by the large bay windows that open beyond the dining space – and frame the Franklin Canyon Park Mountains that surround the property. There is an additional breakfast space, family room, office, two powder rooms on this level.

Beyond these rooms, the mansion boasts a range of luxurious amenities, including a professional theater, cigar room, a custom bar, and a gym, so you can work out like Rocky.
The main house also has six bedrooms and nine bathrooms – including a master suite that serves as a catalyst for elegant bedroom ideas – with its ornate glass furnishings and walk-in closet. The landing, which is blessed with a curation of artworks, leads to a sauna, steam room, and office with a terrace.
Beyond the main home, the resort-style estate sparks luxe garden ideas – from its large swimming pool with views across the City of Angels – to the continental dining terrace that effortlessly merges indoor and outdoor living.
Tomer Fridman of The Fridman Group at Compass, Jade Mills of Coldwell Banker Realty, and Kurt Rappaport of Westside Estate Agency Inc hold the listing.
