I've run an air purifier at night for the last two years, as it drastically reduces my allergy and asthma symptoms. However, they can be loud, resulting in my needing earplugs. That is, until I started using the new 2-in-1 Blueair Mini Restful.
This almost-silent air purifier and sunrise alarm clock, which gently wakes me up with a warm light and soothing sounds, has become my go-to for reducing allergens, congestion, and neutralising sleep disturbances.
It's now my new best air purifier and a spring bedroom savior – small enough to fit on my nightstand, while quietly removing pollen and other allergens while I sleep. And right now, it's on offer for $60 less.
The Blueair Mini Restful Removes Allergens While Improving Your Sleep
Blueair Mini Restful | was $199.99, now $139.99 at Blueair (save $60)
This 2-in-1 air purifier and sunrise alarm clock is the ideal sleep solution for anyone who, like me, suffers from allergies. It removes dust, pollen, and other allergens so silently that I have to check if it's turned on.

After trying and failing for years to get my allergies under control, I found that the single most effective solution was to sleep with an air purifier running. I stopped waking up in the middle of the night with symptoms flaring, and I was breathing clearer, sleeping more deeply, and waking up feeling truly refreshed.
This has been especially important during spring and summer, where pollen is at its highest, and my windows are open during the day to let in the fresh air and ventilate my home.
But almost every air purifier, especially the bulky one I've been using, makes a noise at its quietest level, so I have ended up sleeping with earplugs in every night to not disturb my rest.
That's why I was so relieved to hear how virtually silent the Blueair Mini Restful is. It sits on my nightstand, so it's removing pollen, dust and household allergens directly where I sleep, while running so quietly that I have had to check multiple times that it's actually turned on.
And to aid my sleep quality, it's also a sunrise alarm clock, emitting a warm, gradually increasing glow that aligns with the body's natural circadian rhythms. I have been loving how gently this wakes me up, paired with soft sounds such as bird song or cute melodies, rather than my phone's blaring beeps.
The Blueair Mini Restful is discounted to $139.99 at Blueair.

Surprisingly powerful considering its small footprint, the Coway Airmega Mighty is a more advanced air purifier than the Blueair Mini Restful, that can also remove odors from your bedroom.

I've been using this air purifier at home for two years, as it's so powerful that it can purify large rooms up to 1,400 square feet, or two small, nearby rooms at once.

The Hatch Restore 3 has been recommended to us by sleep coaches, gradually dimming as you go to sleep, then brightening as you wake up. It's also a sound machine and meditation aid.
The Philips SmartSleep has also been recommended to us by sleep experts. Compared to the Blueair and Hatch alarm clocks, this has a glossier design, as well as an FM radio.
Free of synthetic fragrances and allergens that can trigger symptoms, this essential oil spray can help to soothe you as you drift off.
