Bethenny has just sold her home, known as 'Applejack Farm,' a rare gated compound dating back to 1743, making it one of the oldest homes in the neighborhood.

After purchasing the property for $4.25 million in August 2021, Bethenny redesigned every room, introducing playful additions, such as an uber-stylish crocodile leather-style ceiling in one of the living spaces.
