Mariah Carey has listed her elegant mansion in Atlanta, Georgia, for $6.5 million. The Stephen Fuller-designed home epitomizes quintessential Southern architecture with its large windows, curved exterior staircases, and Greek-inspired columns that make a regal first impression.

With its classic architectural features and elegant interiors, the home is one of the most exciting listings in Georgia – and one of the world's best homes

Mariah Carey is a singer and songwriter known as the 'Songbird Supreme,' and the 'Queen of Christmas' after the success of her hit All I Want For Christmas Is You. She is also admired for her five-octave vocal range since she debuted her eponymously named album in 1990. Here, we tour her impressive home.

From its beautiful front yard landscaping ideas to the arched doorways and intricate coffered ceilings, Mariah Carey's home is a trove of decorating inspiration.

Behind the Georgian façade, the interiors make an equal statement, primarily through its grand entryway ideas that feature a dangling chandelier and pink rug that complements the white-painted room effortlessly.

Beyond the entryway, a chef's kitchen sits in the center of the home. Stand-out features include a marble-topped center island, ceiling-height bespoke cabinetry, and a suite of appliances that have reset the bar for traditional white kitchen ideas

A sunny breakfast alcove (complete with gingham accents and another chandelier) sits to the left of the food preparation area. This alcove leads to the main living space.

Mariah Carey's living room follows the same white paint ideas prominent around the entire mansion. However, the space also plays with other neutral hues (such as the dark wooden table) that create a subtle contrast against the luminous walls and ceiling.

A wall of French doors floods this living area with light and leads to the terrace and charming series of gardens.

The mansion has 9 bedrooms, including an oversized primary suite with a dressing room, morning bar, and a private balcony. Other indulgent bedroom ideas include the fireplace surrounded by custom built-ins and custom shelving that makes storage seamless.

Alongside the 9 bedrooms and bathrooms, the mansion features a home theatre, workout room, private guest suite, and a recording booth – becasue this is Mariah Carey's house, after all.

The home's amenities continue beyond its walls into the backyard, which is complete with a  heated pool (and a pool house) and a tennis court. There is also an entertainment pavilion with an outdoor cooking and dining area that is perfect for hosting throughout the Georgian summertime and beyond.
